How does the Drop work?
Every Sunday at 9am and Thursday at noon you get new groups: two duos, two trios and a quad. Everyone in a group is free at the same times you are. Say hi to the ones you like; a chat opens as soon as two of you do.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older in Cache Valley, Utah (and Franklin County, Idaho) during the beta. Other parts of Utah are next.
Is it free?
Yes. Matching, the Plaza, chat and safety tools are always free. Buple Plus is optional and adds filters, no Local Picks, and extra games.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the group's page and tap Report or block. A person on our team reads every report, and nobody is told who reported them. Blocking means you're never grouped together again.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You and tap Delete account at the bottom. Your profile, photo, free time and private details are erased right away.
How do I cancel Buple Plus?
Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your phone's subscription settings at least 24 hours before it renews.
